Ep 126- How to Become Unrecognizable in 90 Days

July 9, 2026

After a few months with challenging life circumstances, I had been doing the bare minimum for myself.

So I decided to build a 90 day plan to get back to the hottest, healthiest, and wealthiest version of myself.

Not in a toxic “lose 20 lbs and go into debt with shopping sprees” way, but with a true glow up that makes me proud.

Today I'm sharing exactly what's in this 90 day plan and how you can become unrecognizable this summer too.

How to Become Unrecognizable in 90 Days

Most people think changing your life takes years, but the truth is that 90 days is enough to become almost unrecognizable—not because of one dramatic transformation, but because of the small habits you repeat every day. This episode is about becoming the type of person who naturally eats well, moves their body, and follows through on promises to themselves.

Stop Focusing on the Outcome

When we set goals, we usually obsess over the result: losing weight, stopping binge eating, or looking different. But outcomes are outside of our control. What is in our control is the person we choose to be every day.

Instead of asking:

  • How do I lose 30 pounds?

  • How do I stop binge eating forever?

Ask:

  • Who do I need to become?

  • What would that version of me do today?

Your identity shapes your habits, and your habits create your results.

Change One Habit at a Time

Trying to overhaul your entire life usually leads to burnout. Instead, focus on becoming just 1% better each day.

Some examples include:

  • Eating breakfast consistently.

  • Going for a daily walk.

  • Sitting down for meals.

  • Pausing before acting on a binge urge.

These habits may seem small, but repeated over 90 days they completely change your life.

Keep the Promises You Make to Yourself

Confidence isn't built by positive thinking. It's built by following through.

Every time you keep a promise to yourself, your brain collects evidence that you're someone who can be trusted. Every time you break one, that trust weakens.

Start with promises you know you can keep, then gradually raise the standard.

Let Go of Perfection

You don't need a perfect 90 days to create massive change.

You'll have days where you overeat, skip a workout, or feel unmotivated. Those moments don't erase your progress unless you decide they do. What matters is returning to your habits instead of waiting for Monday or the "perfect" time to start over.

Build an Environment That Supports You

Willpower isn't enough. Make healthy choices easier by creating an environment that works with you instead of against you.

This might look like:

  • Keeping nourishing foods available.

  • Planning meals ahead of time.

  • Going to bed earlier.

  • Reducing the cues that trigger overeating.

Small environmental changes make consistency much easier.

Focus on Becoming, Not Proving

You don't need to prove you're disciplined or perfect. You simply need to become the person who repeatedly makes choices aligned with the life they want.

The version of you who no longer struggles with food isn't created overnight. They're created through hundreds of ordinary decisions that compound over time.

Final Thoughts

You can become almost unrecognizable in 90 days—not because you change everything at once, but because you consistently become someone new.

Don't wait until you feel motivated. Start acting like the person you want to become today, and let your results catch up.
